Welcome Family Child Care Providers and Advocates,
Variety,Vision and Voice - This is what CCPC has to offer you.Since its founding in Feb. of 1977, The Child Care Providers Coalition of Kansas has worked hard to unite the wide variety of Family Child Care providers in our state. While celebrating our diversity,we strive to infuse each of our members with the vision of Personal Professional Achievement and United Quality Standards.Together our voice is heard at the local, state and national levels.
Our governing board and
voting membership is drawn from across all 105 counties of Kansas.
Any child care provider licensed or registered by the State to care for twelve or fewer children may become a voting CCPC member. Our supporting memberships include Resource and Referral Agencies, Food Program Sponsors, Regulatory and SRS Staff, Private Business serving the child care field and other Licensed Child Care Facilities
Benefits of Membership Include
BIMONTHLY NEWSLETTER
The Providers Exchange, which contains legislative updates, tax information, news of upcoming seminars and events, and child care activity ideas for providers.

ANNUAL SEMINAR DISCOUNT
Our professional seminar is held each spring at a different location in the state.

ELIGIBILITY FOR PROVIDER OF THE YEAR AWARD
This is our way of recognizing a provider excelling in the field. A plaque and gifts are awarded each year at the annual conference and a special display board is set with photos to showcase the providers program.

ACCREDITATION SCHOLARSHIPS
Set up to assist a member seeking accreditation through the National Association for Family Child Care.

ADVOCACY
CCPC's members and officers represent family child care on a number of committees, task force and commissions, influencing how family child care is perceived and dealt with. We strive to work with other agencies in the early childhood profession, and recognize the value and strength of numbers.

TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORT
This is one of the most valuable benefits we offer to members-immediate access by phone or mail to other providers who can answer questions, direct you to available resources, or share information. CCPC will also assist local communities interested in starting up a support group within the community.
